jesiecastro: My installation art for our Visual Methods(?) subject back in 2009. I covered a replica of the Oblation statue or Oble with dozens of blue books (I think I spent about Php200+, I pity the person who needed one because I pretty much bought all of them that day). The concept behind it is that The University of the Philippines instills Honor and Excellence above anything else, and sometimes students tend to think that performing well academically is the only way towards that. Forgetting that Honor and Excellence can be achieved in a ton of ways, not just getting a high score in your exam.
